When you contact us, we may receive your name, work email address, company or organisation details, information about your current finance system and intended destination platform, and any other information you choose to include in your enquiry.

Our current website enquiry form prepares an email in your own email application. The website itself does not store the information you enter into that form.

We use personal information to respond to enquiries, understand and scope potential migration work, communicate about services, prepare quotations or proposals, administer client relationships and contracts, and meet legal, regulatory, accounting or security obligations.

We currently do not use advertising trackers or marketing analytics on this website. We have intentionally kept the site lightweight. If we introduce non-essential cookies or tracking technologies in future, we will update this notice and provide any consent controls required.

Please do not send accounting databases, passwords, login credentials or other sensitive financial data through the initial website enquiry. If we need migration files or system access, we will agree an appropriate transfer method with you.
